Hey there! My name is Kristin and I'm the owner & baker of Gluten Free in the 303. We are your go-to gluten & dairy free bakery, offering a delectable range of baked goods including cookies, dessert bars, cakes, muffins, biscotti, and more. I've been dedicated to making gluten free products since 2016 when I was diagnosed with a wheat allergy. In 2020, my daughter was diagnosed with a dairy allergy. I knew that I didn't want our daughter to miss out on any special treats or food just because of our allergies so it has been my mission to create great tasting gluten and dairy free products that make you say "Is this really gluten & dairy free?"
